Over six sessions, we’ll help you understand what’s really going on for your teenager, feel more confident through the difficult moments, and find ways to stay connected as they grow.

There’ll be space to talk honestly, be listened to, learn alongside other parents who genuinely get it, and work through the real-life challenges you’re facing at home.
